Return Policy

1. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase.
2. Goods once sold are neither returnable nor refundable.
   Acceptance of product/s will be deemed to be upon receipt by you and in any event within 6 hours after delivery/pickup. Thereafter Optica will not be held liable for any damages/issues with the product/s delivered.
3. If you would like to claim a return or refund on anything bought from us, please send an email with details and photos (where applicable) to support@ug.optica.africa within the 6 hour window.
4. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
5. Products that carry warranties will have valid warranties according to the terms and conditions of the brand/s purchased. 

Shipping Policy

1. Optica assures the Customer that we are continually doing our best to provide a reliable and efficient service that can deliver packages intact and on time by our delivery partners. Order away, relax, and let us handle the rest.
2. Delivery is done typically within 24-72 Hours of Ordering (Unless in circumstances that are out of our control).
3. In-Store Pickup - Free of Charge
   If you would like to pick up your order in one of our stores countrywide, there will be no charge.
4. We will deliver ordered items to the exact address provided for delivery. Please ensure your address is up to date. We will not be liable for any outcome that results from an incorrect address provided. In the case of an inaccurate address, the Customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges and possible delay in delivery time.
5. The Customer acknowledges that they may be required by the Seller to provide proof of address and identification prior to delivery being made.
