Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects in frames and lenses that occur during normal use of the eyewear.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Duration of Warranty
Our warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
If any defects are discovered within this period, we will repair or replace the eyewear free of cost.
Claiming the Warranty
To make a warranty claim, please bring your eyewear to any of our Optica branches.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Scratches or damages to lenses caused by mishandling or using improper materials or solutions
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the frame or lenses
- Any modifications or alterations to the eyewear by the client or a third party
- Loss or theft of the eyewear
Additional Information
This warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
